Gault & Millau

"The powdery nose of this blended rosé reveals expressive aromas of strawberry tart, gooseberry, and rose petals. The attack on the palate is clean, lively, and slightly chalky. It reflects a fine tannin texture. A delicate champagne to be enjoyed at any time." (Le Guide des Vins Gault et Millau)

About wine:

About the estate:

Coming from a line of winemakers dating back to the 17th century, Rémi and Jean-René Brice cultivate the family's 12 hectares of vineyards. With the help of Christophe Constant, oenologist and production manager, they produce champagnes rooted in the Bouzy terroir, classified as Grand Cru.
