"This 100% Chardonnay reveals a powerful yet subtle nose: aromas of juicy, crisp vine peach, pear, fresh grapes, white flowers and white pepper. The palate is inviting, with a clean vibrancy. Fresh citrus fruit chewiness reflects the 3 g/l dosage, whose acidity tones the whole to a creamy finish. Enjoy as an aperitif or with citrus-flavored sea bream ceviche". About the domain :

Descended from a line of winegrowers dating back to the 17th century, Rémi and Jean-René Brice cultivate the family's 12-hectare vineyard. Surrounded by Christophe Constant, oenologist and production manager, they produce champagnes rooted in the terroir of Bouzy, classified as a Grand Cru.
