This 100% Chardonnay reveals a powerful yet subtle nose: aromas of juicy, crisp vine peaches, pears, fresh grapes, white flowers, and white pepper. The palate is appealing, with a distinct vibrancy. The fresh citrus notes reflect the dosage of 3 g/l, whose acidity invigorates the whole with a creamy finish. Enjoy as an aperitif or with a citrus-flavored sea bream ceviche." About wine:

About the estate:

Coming from a line of winemakers dating back to the 17th century, Rémi and Jean-René Brice cultivate the family's 12 hectares of vineyards. With the help of Christophe Constant, oenologist and production manager, they produce champagnes rooted in the Bouzy terroir, classified as Grand Cru.
