Domaine Mas Haut Buis
Mas Haut Buis is run by Olivier Jeantet, and is one of the most representative estates in the Terrasses du Larzac appellation. The Mas Haut Buis vineyard, covering some 11 hectares, is located on a limestone scree terroir, marked by hot days, cold nights and considerable rainfall. It is made up of a dozen parcels, many of which are over 60 years old, where Grenache dominates, accompanied by Carignan and Syrah for the reds and Roussanne and Chardonnay for the whites.

The vines at Mas Haut Buis are pruned very short and do not undergo any chemical treatment to respect the soil, nature and the authenticity of the terroir, and the grapes are harvested by hand.
