Domaine Mas Haut Buis

Mas Haut Buis is run by Olivier Jeantet and is one of the most representative estates of the Terrasses du Larzac appellation. The Mas Haut Buis vineyard, covering approximately 11 hectares, is situated on a limestone scree terroir characterized by hot days, cold nights, and significant rainfall. It consists of a dozen plots, most of which are over 60 years old and dominated by Grenache, accompanied by Carignan and Syrah for the red varieties and Roussanne and Chardonnay for the whites.

The vines at Mas Haut Buis, pruned very short, undergo no chemical treatments in order to respect the soil, nature, and the authenticity of the terroir, and the harvest is carried out by hand.
