"A beautiful, elegant and invigorating bottle to accompany grilled meats".

Les Carlines opens with an expressive nose of fresh, crisp red fruit, accompanied by lovely spicy notes. The palate responds with an abundance of fruity flavors dominated by blackcurrant and crushed blueberry. Aromatic complexity blends perfectly with lovely tension.

About the wine:

The Carlines, a little closed on the nose, opens up with a noble vegetal note typical of whole grapes.

About the domain :

Mas Haut-Buis is first and foremost an exceptional high-altitude site, nestled some 650 meters above sea level between garrigue, olive and almond trees. The 14 hectares are made up of no fewer than twelve separate plots. Olivier Jeantet, who settled here in 1999, is a self-taught winemaker who quickly grasped the secrets of the trade and the exacting standards required to produce great wines of character, reflecting the tension and uprightness of the Terrasses du Larzac. A heritage of old vines, hard work in the vineyard, ageing in large containers and meticulously thought-out blends have enabled this estate to become one of the appellation's leading names.
