"A new cuvée from Mas Haut Buis, a juicy, intensely flavourful Syrah".

Our favorite is Syrazac, a fruity wine with hints of garrigue. Mas Haut Buis is a fine blend of Syrah and Serine, combining tension and complexity. A must-try!

Domaine rated (guide 2025) 1*Star (Stars in the making or quality winemakers with good production levels, you won't be disappointed when you taste the wines from these estates)

About the domain :

Mas Haut-Buis is first and foremost an exceptional high-altitude site, nestled some 650 meters above sea level between garrigue, olive and almond trees. The 14 hectares are made up of no fewer than twelve separate plots. Olivier Jeantet, who settled here in 1999, is a self-taught winemaker who quickly grasped the secrets of the trade and the exacting standards required to produce great wines of character, reflecting the tension and uprightness of the Terrasses du Larzac. A heritage of old vines, hard work in the vineyard, ageing in large containers and meticulously thought-out blends have enabled this estate to become one of the appellation's leading names.
