“The latest vintage from Mas Haut Buis: a juicy, intensely rich Syrah”

We’re particularly fond of Syrazac, a fruity wine enhanced by hints of garrigue. Mas Haut Buis offers a beautiful blend of Syrah and Sérine, combining structure and complexity. A must-try!

Rated estate (2025 guide) 1*Star (Up-and-coming stars or quality winemakers producing wines of a high standard—you won’t be disappointed when tasting the wines from these estates)

About the estate:

Mas Haut-Buis is, first and foremost, an exceptional high-altitude site, nestled some 650 meters above sea level, surrounded by scrubland, olive trees, and almond trees. The 14 hectares consist of no fewer than twelve distinct plots. Olivier Jeantet, who has been at the helm since 1999, is a self-taught winemaker who quickly grasped the intricacies of the craft and the rigor required to produce great wines of character that reflect the tension and integrity of the Terrasses du Larzac. A legacy of old vines, hard work in the vineyard, aging that favors large containers, and meticulously crafted blends have allowed this estate to rise among the appellation’s most reliable names.
