"Discovery bubbles"

This is a perfectly executed Crémant, made using the Champagne method from Chardonnay/Pinot Noir grapes with a touch of originality and 25% Chenin. The nose is defined by a bouquet of white flowers, subtle hints of citrus and toasted bread. On the palate, a lovely sparkling texture revives the taste buds with elegance and subtlety. After 24 months on slats, these delicate bubbles will charm enthusiasts, whether as an aperitif or as a very good value for money wine.

Traditional method. When the grapes are pressed, the first juices are collected to form the cuvées. After an initial alcoholic fermentation, the wine is blended and then undergoes a second fermentation in the bottle. The wine can thus develop its effervescence while the bottles rest on their lees.
