Robert Parker

“Tasted from the bottle, the 2015 Les Obriers is probably the best vintage of this cuvée to date (followed very closely by the 2016). Blended from 45% Carignan, 30% Cinsault, and Syrah to round it out, it offers the classic, characteristic flavors of dry terroir that I always find in this wine, along with an abundance of sweet fruit, medium- to full-bodied richness, and silky tannins that linger into a superb finish. ” (Wine Advocate 2017 – Jeb Dunnuck) A gem!

I'm always happy to enjoy this wine again—with its red fruit and spicy notes. At this price, don't hesitate—I assure you, it's a guaranteed treat. Excellent

A sunny, full-bodied wine with notes of ripe red fruits and tobacco. Remarkable spicy finish. Excellent value for the price. Ideal with barbecued lamb chops.

2015 vintage, tasted on November 14, 2019 A lovely, well-balanced wine that relies more on finesse than on power; personally, I love this style of wine. It offers excellent value for the price in an appellation where wines often cost more than €20.

A simple Languedoc with an original blend of grape varieties, yet it lacks character. The nose is not very expressive; on the palate, it lacks richness and feels a bit narrow; the balance is fair, but the wine as a whole lacks a bit of definition. Worth revisiting.

I didn't like this wine. Too sweet, no tannins, no body. For me, it's a disappointment.

Two open bottles—the first one's fine, the second one's corked... I have four left; we'll see.
