"A lively 2018 that does not tip over into excessive richness. Very crisp fruit and no pretension, it is ready to drink now." (Le Guide des Meilleurs Vins de France 2020 - RVF) This small appellation in the Loire Valley produces a pale yellow, slightly brilliant white wine with a complex, aromatic nose featuring scents of acacia and the primary aromas of Sauvignon. The attack on the palate is round, frank, and generous with notes of dried fruit, as well as a supple, balanced, and persistent finish. It has everything to please!

About the estate:

Vincent Hayer, who served as the estate's operations manager for nearly 20 years, became the property manager in 2020. The estate, formerly part of Château de Troussay, converted to organic farming in 2012 and biodynamic farming in 2015. Owned by the highly committed Chevrier family, the estate covers 30 hectares divided between Cour-Cheverny and Cheverny, with some very old Sauvignon vines in particular.
