Guide Hachette des vins

Rated estate (2024 guide) Award-winning wines (This producer's wines are regularly awarded by the guide)

About the estate:

Vincent Hayer, who served as the estate's operations manager for nearly 20 years, became the property manager in 2020. The estate, formerly part of Château de Troussay, converted to organic farming in 2012 and biodynamic farming in 2015. Owned by the highly committed Chevrier family, the estate covers 30 hectares divided between Cour-Cheverny and Cheverny, with some very old Sauvignon vines in particular.

They respect the aging and identity of Sauvignon and Chardonnay for the whites, and Pinot Noir and Gamay for the reds. Let's observe the transition...
