About the estate:
At the age of twenty-three, while writing his doctoral thesis in oenology, Frédéric Brochet established his small winery using the 49 ares of vineyards inherited from his father. This marked the beginning of Ampelidæ, born in the family cellar at La Mailleterie. Since 2004, supported by the Meuli family and a group of winemakers from the Vienne region, his vineyard covers 90 hectares cultivated organically, spread over some thirty kilometers around Jaunay-Marigny and distributed across several properties, complemented by a wine trading business.
