Charming and harmonious, this cuvée beautifully combines power and fullness with delicacy and well-balanced fruit. On the palate, it is full-bodied, supple, and smooth, with great finesse and a taffeta-like mouthfeel; its aromatic complexity unfolds over a base of sweet red and black fruits, enhanced by subtle notes of forest floor and cocoa. The rich, deep, and enveloping tannins carry the intensely fragrant finish far into the aftertaste. The presentation is elegant, just like the wine itself. A rare find for a 100% Pinot Noir: guaranteed enjoyment at a moderate price. Pairs well with veal cutlets in a fresh morel cream sauce. Rating = 4.3.
