This Loire rosé reveals remarkable aromatic intensity on the nose, marked by strawberry jam and red fruit coulis, as well as notes of red currant and guava. On the palate, its lovely freshness and lively character, paired with a creamy touch, make this a truly delightful rosé!

About the estate:

At the age of twenty-three, while writing his doctoral dissertation in oenology, Frédéric Brochet established his small winery using the 49 ares of vineyards inherited from his father. This marked the beginning of Ampelidæ, which took shape in the family cellar at La Mailleterie. Since 2004, with the support of the Meuli family and a group of winemakers from the Vienne region, his vineyard has expanded to 90 hectares cultivated organically, spread over approximately thirty kilometers around Jaunay-Marigny and distributed across several properties, complemented by a wine trading business.
