As the successor to the renowned biodynamic winemaker Guy Bossard, he produces terroir-driven wines that often reflect distinctive mineral characteristics: gneiss, granite, orthogneiss… A true enthusiast, he shares his passion for Muscadet, the result of meticulous work.
