Frédéric Niger, who arrived in 2009, boughtDomaine de L'Ecuin 2010. As the successor to the famous biodynamic winemaker Guy Bossard, he produces terroir wines that often reflect a specific mineral character: gneiss, granite, orthogneiss, etc. Passionate about his work, he shares his enthusiasm for Muscadet, the fruit of meticulous labor.
