“A charming vintage”
This Ventoux opens harmoniously with aromas of exotic fruits, rose, and white flowers, accompanied by hints of citrus. Rich and round on the palate, it offers notes of yellow fruit, a beautiful balance, and a very pleasant freshness. A cuvée acclaimed for its acidity, minerality, and freshness, making it a rare and distinctive white wine from the south.

About the estate:
Nanou Barthélemy and her son Sébastien Vincenti purchased this property in 1995, built the winery and regularly upgraded it, and replanted the vineyard—50 hectares of organic vineyards cultivated using biodynamic methods—thus establishing Fondrèche as one of the leading producers in the Ventoux appellation.
