The estate's new white wine, Altineo is the very expression of Fondrèche. A splendid white Ventoux wine showcasing the power of old Roussanne vines, a great southern grape variety, the finesse of Clairette and the aromatic qualities of Rolle, with the freshness of a great terroir. Lovely aromas of exotic fruits and white flowers escape the nose. The attack is both round and lively, and the length is supported by a beautiful tension and salinity. A very pleasant wine on the palate!

About the estate:
Nanou Barthélemy and her son Sébastien Vincenti acquired this property in 1995, built and regularly improved the cellar, and replanted the vineyard—50 hectares of organic land, cultivated using biodynamic methods, making Fondrèche one of the benchmarks of the Ventoux appellation.
