About wine:
The two Muscat varieties (Petit Grain and Alexandrie) are equally represented in this white wine with very delicious Muscat notes (flowers, fresh grapes, pear, peach). It is fresh, delicate, and has good length on the palate, with a beautiful bitter finish.
About the estate:
Véronique Boudau and her brother Pierre have been running the family estate since 1993. They decided to breathe new life into the property, which covers some 50 hectares of excellent terroir at the entrance to the Agly Valley. Their gamble paid off: the entire production is bottled and sold, mainly through a network of restaurants and wine merchants. A safe bet, which has committed to converting its vineyard to organic farming. Véronique's daughter has just joined the adventure.
