"A real Gem with this dazzling white Bergerac!

A white wine aged in vats that breaks the Bergerac tradition, in a region where wood is legion. It's a real success, with a full-bodied, dynamic and delicious cuvée.

About the wine:

Sans Bois Ni Loi's Sauvignon Gris and Sauvignon Blanc offer pastry notes and a bitter grapefruit finish.

About the domain :

Bergerac, in the extreme south-east of the appellation: from his plots on the limestone plateau and deep-clay hillsides, worked organically, Julien Auroux looks to the future with serenity. His wines have turned their backs on the Bergerac past, which sought to ape the reds of Bordeaux by forgetting the soil. He, on the contrary, is committed to salinity, frank and precise aromatic expression, with indigenous yeast and almost no added sulfur. He rehabilitates grapes from the past for a return to the future. The range draws from the acidity of the soils a digestible presence and climbs a step this year.
