"An exceptional wine according to Robert Parker (Wine Advocate), this white wine is a real gem!"
"The 2021 Palladius is a blend of Chenin Blanc, Grenache Blanc, Marsanne, Roussanne, Viognier, Sémillon, Colombard, Verdellho, and Palomino. Immediately impressive in the glass, the wine is bold with wax aromas that balance with seductive notes of lemon pastry cream, dusty melon, and citrus blossoms. Medium-bodied, it clocks in at 13.7% alcohol, the palate is succulent and brilliant, with fantastic acidity and a hint of phenolic bitterness that radiates with concentration and precision. Subtle notes of beeswax and lees lead the finish with immense complexity and considerable weight. The aftertaste is highly complex, offering fresh and bright citrus notes with hints of dusty flowers. It will remain easy to drink for decades. It is devastatingly beautiful. 12,400 bottles were produced after the grapes were pressed in whole clusters and rested in concrete and amphorae. 2025-2045" (Robert Parker 2023)

About wine:
Stone fruits with a freshness of flint and ginger, opening up to reveal aromas of quince and green pineapple. Despite the sweetness of the attack, the wine is remarkably austere as it lingers on the palate. Notes of white pepper and wildflowers appear in the long, persistent finish. 2024-2032

About wine:
The 2021 Palladius is aged in concrete tanks and amphorae for 12 months, plus 12 months in old casks. Sadie said he was most proud of this vintage compared to the last decade. It has a well-defined nose of lanolin, yellow fruit, melted candle wax, and fern. The palate is extremely well balanced, with formidable acidity counterbalancing the concentration. An underlying touch of bitter lemon and ginger surfaces towards the harmonious and persistent finish. Superb energy. 2025-2050
