"Dry and delicious with a hint of lemon zest, you can feel the limestone in this wine." (Le Guide des Meilleurs Vins de France - RVF) Made from old vines marked by their terroir, Le Dragon has a chalky minerality with very delicate lemon notes. The palate reveals beautiful tension, liveliness, and plenty of juice. A wine that expresses itself with finesse and delicacy. Highly recommended!

Wine rated (2019 guide) 15,5/20 (Very good wine)

Rated estate (2022 guide) 4 stars (Producers of very high quality, the pride of French vineyards)

About the estate:

Céline and Isabelle Meyer run the estate, long managed by their father Jean, with courage and discipline. Biodynamics shines through in their wines, which are light and refined, fresh and chiseled. The estate's two iconic grands crus are Hengst and Brand, where Riesling shines particularly brightly. Pinot Gris is part of a long tradition of dry wines, which are unfortunately not so common in Alsace.
