A lovely white wine made from red-skinned Sylvaner grapes—so named for their colored skin, which yields berries that are more flavorful and spicy. The delicate nose opens with notes of white flowers. The palate is lively, offering a lovely body with fruit and citrus notes. The finish is clean and briny. This is a Sylvaner brimming with elegance!

About the estate:

Céline and Isabelle Meyer manage the estate—long led by their father Jean—with courage and discipline. The biodynamic approach shines through in their wines, which are light and refined on the palate, fresh and well-defined. The estate’s two flagship grands crus are the Hengst and the Brand, where the Riesling truly shines. The Pinot Gris is part of a long tradition of dry wines—a style that, unfortunately, is not all that common in Alsace.
