"All of the estate's expertise is reflected in this complex cuvée with incredible potential."

"This wine is rich in succulent fruit, offering aromas of red and black berries, sweet spices, and notes of wet stone and pepper. Medium-bodied, compact, and well-structured with firm tannins, it nevertheless has a smooth, velvety mouthfeel. Ready to drink or worth cellaring." (James Suckling 2025)

About the estate:

Winegrowers in Juliénas since the early 17th century, the Perrachon family purchased Château de la Bottière in 1877, followed by Domaine des Perelles in Romanèche-Thorins (a windmill). Upon taking over the estate in 1989, Laurent Perrachon acquired the Domaine des Mouilles, followed by plots in Morgon, Fleurie, and Saint-Amour: a total of 31 hectares, with vineyards across six crus. With Maxime and Adrien, the new generation joined the estate in 2016.
