With its deep ruby color, the Moulin-à-Vent Les Burdelines offers aromas of spicy black fruits intertwined with notes of vanilla and toasted almonds, in a classic Burgundian style. A full-bodied wine that pairs beautifully with red meats, game, or bold cheeses.

About the estate:

Winegrowers in Juliénas since the early 17th century, the Perrachons purchased Château de la Bottière in 1877, followed by Domaine des Perelles in Romanèche-Thorins (a windmill). Upon settling there in 1989, Laurent Perrachon acquired Domaine des Mouilles, followed by plots in Morgon, Fleurie, and Saint-Amour: a total of 31 hectares, with vineyards across six crus. With Maxime and Adrien, the new generation joined the estate in 2016.
