Dressed in a deep ruby color, Moulin-à-Vent Les Burdelines exudes aromas of spicy black fruits mixed with notes of vanilla and toasted almonds, in a very Burgundian style. A full-bodied wine that will be appreciated with red meats, game, or strong cheeses.

About the estate:

Winegrowers in Juliénas since the early 17th century, the Perrachons purchased Ch. de la Bottière in 1877, followed by Dom. des Perelles in Romanèche-Thorins (windmill). When he took over in 1989, Laurent Perrachon acquired Domaine des Mouilles, then plots in Morgon, Fleurie, and Saint-Amour: a total of 31 hectares, with vines in six crus. With Maxime and Adrien, the new generation joined the estate in 2016.
