Vignerons de Buxy

The Cave des Vignerons de Buxy was born out of the desire of winemakers from the Côte Chalonnaise to come together around a shared goal: to produce, age, and market their wines collectively. This journey began more than 75 years ago.

There are 120 family-run vineyards that cultivate this vineyard, carrying on the traditions of their forefathers. Together, these men and women uphold values that emphasize quality and respect for the environment. Through the fruits of their labor, their passion for their craft, and their deep connection to the land, these winemakers have successfully brought out the unique character of their terroirs.

The cultivation and harvest of grapes at LaCave des Vignerons de Buxyare subject to rigorous monitoring and control. Thus, drawing on a thorough understanding of the terroir, a team of specialists—supported by modern winemaking and aging techniques—is able to craft authentic wines that reflect the terroirs of the Côte Chalonnaise and the Mâconnais.

Thanks to its local, national, and international reputation, La Cave des Vignerons de Buxy has become an ambassador for the wines of Southern Burgundy.
