Roger-François Béguinot, who made his fortune in baby food, and his wife fell in love with Château Soucherie in 2007. This 28-hectare estate is ideally situated on a south-facing schist slope between Beaulieu and Rochefort, in the Anjou, Savennières, Coteaux du Layon and Chaume appellations.

This wine is splendid. It has the same effect on the palate as a great Sauternes. Profusion of aromas and flavors. If I could, I'd give it at least 95/100.
