Maison Hecht et Bannier

Hecht et Bannier is the leading wine merchant and producer specializing in wines from southern France, particularly Languedoc and Roussillon. Founded in 2002 by Gregory Hecht and François Bannier, it has recently expanded into Provence, in the Bandol and Côtes de Provence appellations.

Hecht et Bannier has a motto: to establish a regional benchmark for quality under their name through a unique range of appellation wines. From one vintage to the next, the wines must allow enthusiasts to discover the extraordinary quality and richness of the Roussillon, Languedoc, and Provence regions. Each year, Hecht and Bannier visit more than a hundred producers in each appellation, selecting only the best wines. The wines most often come from the coolest vineyards, where it is not uncommon to find vines that are a hundred years old. The aim is to reveal the complementary nature of each batch and understand what they bring to each other.
