Mordorée Estate
Domaine de la Mordorée is ideally situated at the crossroads of Provence and Languedoc. Since the late 1980s, Domaine de la Mordorée has been producing some of the finest wines of the Rhône Valley, notably in the Châteauneuf-du-Pape, Lirac, and Tavel appellations. Following the tragic passing of Christophe, it is now Madeleine and Ambre Delorme, Christophe’s wife and daughter, who manage this 60-hectare vineyard with a philosophy based above all on respect: respect for people, respect for nature, respect for customers, and respect for the vines.

Domaine de la Mordorée is managed using particularly rigorous sustainable farming methods, attuned to nature and with the utmost respect for the terroirs: grassing between rows, debudding, leaf removal, and green harvesting are just a few of the estate’s essential practices. This is followed by entirely manual harvesting, leading to winemaking and aging processes that are both traditional and highly modern. As standard-bearers for their respective appellations, the wines of Domaine de la Mordorée have been praised for many years by the specialized press and regularly awarded for their quality.
