Mordorée Estate
The Domaine de la Mordorée is ideally located at the crossroads of Provence and Languedoc. Since the late 1980s, the Domaine de la Mordorée has been producing some of the finest wines of the Rhône Valley, notably in the Châteauneuf-du-Pape, Lirac, and Tavel appellations. Following Christophe’s tragic passing, Madeleine and Ambre Delorme—Christophe’s wife and daughter—now manage this 60-hectare vineyard with a philosophy rooted above all in respect: respect for people, respect for nature, respect for customers, and respect for the vines.

Domaine de la Mordorée is managed using particularly rigorous sustainable farming methods, attuned to nature and with the utmost respect for the terroirs: grassing between the rows, debudding, leaf removal, and green harvesting are just a few of the estate’s essential practices. This is followed by a completely manual harvest, after which the wines undergo winemaking and aging processes that are both traditional and highly modern. As standard-bearers for their respective appellations, the wines of Domaine de la Mordorée have been praised for many years by the wine press and regularly awarded for their quality.
