Bonnaire Champagne
Champagne Bonnaire has been producing its own wines since 1932, in the heart of the Cramant vineyards, a village classified as a Grand Cru in the Côte des Blancs. Founder Fernand Bouquemont achieved immediate success with his first bottling in 1932, winning a gold medal at the Concours Général Agricole in Paris.

In the aftermath of World War II, Fernand Bouquemont was joined by his son-in-law, André Bonnaire. Coming from a family of Champagne winegrowers for several generations, he devoted his full attention to viticulture and the development of the vineyard, aided in this by his son Jean-Louis.

Today, with a vineyard of over 22 hectares planted mainly with Chardonnay in the Grand Crus of Champagne, the adventure continues. Indeed, following this decisive step in modernizing production facilities and contributing to the reputation of Champagne Bonnaire—increasingly recognized by connoisseurs of fine wines—Jean-Louis Bonnaire, the company’s current President, works with a passion for the craft to ensure the company’s continued success. Today, a new generation is at the helm with his two sons: Jean-Etienne in charge of production and Jean-Emmanuel overseeing wine sales. We look forward to 2032 to celebrate the centennial of Champagne Bonnaire!
