“A rare, luminous white wine—a vibrant interpretation of Saint-Chinian”

“A nose of linden blossoms and acacia honey. It’s simply delicious. Rich and honeyed, (dry but) almost reminiscent of baklava. Pistachio, honey, angelica, cardamom, pastry, and apricots. Magnificent. A shimmering acidity. A sparkling tension that lingers endlessly in a very long finish. I know I’m repeating myself, but it’s magnificent.” (Jancis Robinson 2025).

About the estate:

The perfect choice for those who want to discover fine Languedoc wines that remain true to their terroir. Jérôme Joseph and Laurent Calmel are wine merchants without their own cellars. They age their selected vintages at the winemakers’ estates from whom they purchase them, preserving the original flavors and terroirs.
