About the estate:
The ideal place for those who want to discover the best Languedoc wines that remain faithful to their terroir. Jérôme Joseph and Laurent Calmel are wine merchants without a cellar. They age selected vintages at the wineries where they purchase them, respecting the flavors and terroirs of origin. A wide range of delicious wines, including many successful vintages and a few amazing surprises.

About wine:
The oak has left distinct notes of vanilla, coconut, and mocha on the fruit. But the blueberry and blackcurrant are ripe and pure, with a delightful hint of purple sage in the background. The tannins are elegant, moderate, and fresh.
