About wine:

This magnificent wine, which is close to being a favorite, is powerful, intense, rich in fruit and spices, with a long, fresh finish. It has strength and great elegance.

About the estate:

The origins of the estate, which has been passed down through six generations, date back to 1864. The property boasts a 25-hectare vineyard planted on a variety of terroirs. At the helm since 1989, Pierre and Marie-Claude Fontaneil have been producing wines with strong personalities for nearly 30 years, including both dry wines and naturally sweet wines. In 2017, they sold the estate to a young couple of winemakers, Élodie and Matthieu Collet.
