A 100% Pinot Noir that offers a nice change from the polished wines of Burgundy. Its country-style character, with slightly rustic tannins, makes for a pleasant expression of the grape variety. It has good body on the palate, with good length and fruit. I find it more enjoyable to drink young for its lively character. Good value for money compared to standard entry-level Burgundy AOPs; pairs well with black pudding and apples.
