“A huge success!”

This Chardonnay, with its bright yellow color and golden highlights, has a bold yet very elegant character. On the palate, it is full-bodied and smooth, with a lovely finish. It is a perfectly balanced vintage that pairs well with asparagus risotto or sea bream en papillote.

Rated estate (2025 guide) 2*Stars (A solid, recommendable vintage, though slightly more consistent and uniform than the previous one)

About the estate:

The perfect choice for those who want to discover fine Languedoc wines that remain true to their terroir. Jérôme Joseph and Laurent Calmel are wine merchants without their own cellars. They age their selected vintages at the winemakers’ estates from whom they purchase them, preserving the original flavors and terroirs. A wide, delightful selection featuring many excellent wines and a few stunning surprises.

About the wine:

A fairly deep gold color. A sweet, woody aroma. A slightly unusual taste—as if a few drops of butter caramel flavoring had been added!
