“This vintage showcases young (15-year-old) Viognier vines planted on clay-limestone soil. The nose, subtle yet elegant, evokes linden and honeysuckle. Continuing this floral theme with a hint of anise, the palate is supple and fresh, very harmonious.” (Le Guide Hachette 2026)

About the wine:

This cuvée showcases young (15-year-old) Viognier vines planted on clay-limestone soil. The nose, subtle yet elegant, evokes linden and honeysuckle. Continuing this floral theme with a hint of anise, the palate is supple and fresh, with excellent balance.

About the estate:

The estate’s origins, spanning six generations, date back to 1864. The property boasts a 25-hectare vineyard spread across diverse terroirs. At the helm since 1989, Pierre and Marie-Claude Fontaneil have been producing wines with strong character—both dry and naturally sweet—for nearly 30 years. In 2017, they sold the estate to a young couple of winemakers, Élodie and Matthieu Collet.
