About wine:
The bubbles in Mauzac Nature, 2013 vintage, are as delicate and inviting as ever, a model of effervescence with character.
About the estate:
The Plageoles family has left its mark on the recent history of wine in Gaillac. Robert, then Bernard and Myriam, who brilliantly took over from him, were pioneers in defending local grape varieties and traditional winemaking techniques. The baton is gradually being passed on to Bernard's sons, Florent and Romain, who are wholeheartedly committed to the twelve varieties grown in their vineyard, including the delicious Prunelart, the extremely rare Verdanel, and the four varieties of Mauzac (green, red, pink, and black). Unfazed by trends and unconventional, the estate continues to produce exclusively single-varietal wines with strong personalities. This work of the mind, heart, and hands is fully reflected in a range of vintages that strive for purity, integrity, and originality.

A wonderful surprise and a unique taste! And a 100% natural sparkle... incredible. Enjoyed with a galette des rois, the pairing is perfect.
