"The authenticity of Burgundy Pinot, elegant fruit, a creamy texture, and spicy complexity: what harmony!"

"The distinctly peppery nose is composed of notes of Pinot Rouge and Pinot Noir, as well as a strong earthy influence that is also found in the rich but punchy, medium-bodied flavors, which manage to maintain a good level of detail in the persistent and more complex finish. This wine deserves to be appreciated." (Burghound 2024)

About the estate:

An old estate, with records dating back to the 18th century, now covering 24 hectares. At its helm are Roger Belland, who took over in 1981, his daughter Julie, who joined in 2003 and is in charge of winemaking, and their new colleague Martin Boyer. No certified organic status here, but sustainable and controlled viticulture (total grass cover in the vineyard, no weedkillers), and wines of great consistency.
