Louis Sipp Estate
The Louis Sipp estate began its wine-growing activities at the end of the First World War thanks to its founder, Louis Sipp. Today, the Louis Sipp estate has around 40 hectares of its own vineyards, including four on the Osterberg and Kirchberg Grand Cru sites in Alsace. Etienne Sipp, representing the fourth generation, has been at the helm of the family estate since 1996. With a view to enhancing the quality, character, and finesse of the wines, he has undertaken improvements both in the vineyard and in the cellars: organic viticulture and strict yield control, modernization of the grape reception system with a view to preserving the integrity of the fruit (whole grape pressing), and improved traceability allowing vinification adapted to each terroir.

Today, a team of 20 people works at Domaine Louis Sipp to produce wines that are the very expression of the Ribeauvillé vineyard, Alsace and Alsace Grand Cru wines that delight the palates of wine lovers around the world.
