Domaine Ostertag

Domaine Ostertag is a family-owned estate spanning 14.4 hectares, divided into more than 80 “small vineyard plots,” primarily in the village of Epfig. Led by André Ostertag, Domaine Ostertag’s Alsati s have become true benchmarks for their precision and typicity.

Domaine Ostertag has achieved a level of excellence largely due to the vineyard’s transition to biodynamic farming as early as 1998, prioritizing manual labor and banning all chemical fertilizers, herbicides, and insecticides. Today, Domaine Ostertag is one of the leading producers of Alsace wines.
