Domaine Ostertag

Domaine Ostertag is a 14.4-hectare family-owned estate spread across more than 80 "small vineyard plots," primarily in the village of Epfig. Under the direction of André Ostertag, Domaine Ostertag's Alsaci s have become true benchmarks for their precision and typicity.

Domaine Ostertag has achieved a level of excellence largely due to the vineyard’s transition to biodynamic farming in 1998, prioritizing manual labor and banning all chemical fertilizers, herbicides, and insecticides. Today, Domaine Ostertag is one of the leading producers of Alsace wines.
