Domaine Ostertag

Domaine Ostertag is a family estate of 14.4 hectares spread over more than 80 "petits jardins de vignes", mostly in the village of Epfig. Managed by André Ostertag, Domaine Ostertag's Alsace wines have become benchmarks for their precision and typicity.

Domaine Ostertag has reached a level of excellence achieved in particular by converting the vineyard to biodynamic viticulture in 1998, giving priority to hand work and banning all chemical fertilizers, weedkillers and insecticides. Today, Domaine Ostertag is one of the spearheads of Alsace wines.
