Domaine Ostertag

Domaine Ostertag is a family-owned estate covering 14.4 hectares spread across more than 80 "small vineyards," mainly in the village of Epfig. Under the leadership of André Ostertag, Domaine Ostertag's Alsace wines— —have become benchmarks for their precision and typicality.

Domaine Ostertag has achieved a level of excellence, notably by converting the vineyard to biodynamic farming in 1998, favoring manual labor and banning all chemical fertilizers, weed killers, and insecticides. Today, Domaine Ostertag is one of the spearheads of Alsace wines.
