William Fèvre Estate
Domaine William Fèvre, founded in the late 1950s by William Fèvre, a staunch advocate of Chablis’s historic terroirs and appellations, was acquired by the family-owned Henriot Group in 1998. Domaine William Fèvre has grown with a constant commitment to producing wines of unquestionable authenticity and quality, and above all, an unwavering determination to remain faithful to the terroir. All these efforts are driven by a single goal: to best express the subtlest variations of Chablis’s finest climats.

The vineyards of Domaine William Fèvre are, above all, an exceptional heritage, currently spanning 48 hectares, more than half of which are classified as Chablis Premiers Crus (12 hectares) and Grands Crus (15.2 hectares). Domaine William Fèvre possesses the widest range of Grands Crus and benefits from ideal conditions for producing excellent wines, on soil composed of a mixture of Kimmeridgian marl and clay-limestone. The care lavished on the vines at Domaine William Fèvre and the expertise applied in the cellar elevate the Chardonnay, which here delivers an expression of great purity, balancing freshness and minerality.
