Domaine Albert Bichot

Albert Bichot owns four estates located in the heart of the four major wine-growing regions that make up Burgundy: Chablis, Côte de Nuits, Côte de Beaune, and Côte Chalonnaise. Each estate includes vineyards as well as facilities and structures dedicated to the vinification and aging of the region's wines. Under the leadership of Alain Serveau, technical director, the teams are made up of vineyard managers for our vineyards and cellar masters for winemaking and aging.

An Albert Bichot estate is first and foremost a vineyard located in the best "climats" of several appellations. In these places steeped in history, ancestral techniques and modern equipment complement each other perfectly. The same care is taken with grapes from the estate's own vineyards as with those purchased from loyal partner winegrowers. Each vintage is a challenge, each wine a unique story, a terroir to be revealed.

Albert Bichot's expertise is based on respect for the terroir and nature. Practicing sustainable viticulture based on observation, prevention, and listening to the great natural balances, Albert Bichot seeks to preserve this nourishing land for future generations. The wines are always marked by their terroir and the village where they come from rather than by a "dogmatic" house style. Nevertheless, vintage after vintage, Albert Bichot strives to offer wine lovers fine, elegant, and complex white wines and expressive red wines with fruit and mellow tannins.
