Château Pierre Bise

Château Pierre Bise is a large estate comprising nearly fifty-five hectares of vineyards, spread across the Anjou, Savennières, Coteaux du Layon, and Quarts-de-Chaume appellations. Owned by the Papin family and led by Claude Papin, who works closely with his son René. Together, they produce wines that represent the very best of their respective appellations—rich, elegant, and balanced, offering excellent value for money.

The Château Pierre Bise vineyard is cultivated according to the principles of sustainable agriculture, where the rows are grassed, green pruning is performed, and the use of pesticides and insecticides is strictly prohibited, opting instead for natural inputs such as trace elements and seaweed, among others. Harvesting is done by hand, staggered according to the appellations, while winemaking is carried out with the utmost care. Château Pierre Bise is an estate that continues to evolve, striving to best satisfy even the most discerning wine enthusiasts.
