Father and Son Song
Chanson Père et Fils is a Burgundy wine house founded in 1750 during the reign of Louis XV. Chanson Père et Fils has now become one of the jewels in the crown of Burgundy's vineyards in the most prestigious appellations (Corton, Charmes-Chambertin, Givry, Montagny, Pernand-Vergelesses, etc.), notably joining the Bollinger family group of Champagne producers in 1999.

Chanson Père et Fils has put together a dynamic team and a high-quality policy, and benefits from the expert advice of Jean-Pierre Confuron. Authenticity, showcasing the terroirs, and close partnerships with the best winegrowers in Burgundy, who supply some of their grapes, are the watchwords at the estate.

The work in the vineyard is rigorous and precise: plot selection, plowing the soil for deep rooting, and manual harvesting at optimal maturity. Chanson Père et Fils wines are produced in an ultra-modern winery that nevertheless respects the winemaking expertise of the purest Burgundian tradition.
