Song: Father and Son
Chanson Père et Fils is a Burgundy wine house founded in 1750 during the reign of Louis XV. Today, Chanson Père et Fils has become one of the jewels of the Burgundy wine region in its most prestigious appellations (Corton, Charmes-Chambertin, Givry, Montagny, Pernand-Vergelesses...), notably after joining the Bollinger family-owned Champagne group in 1999.

Chanson Père et Fils has assembled a dynamic team and implemented a policy focused on the highest quality, benefiting from the expert guidance of Jean-Pierre Confuron. Authenticity, showcasing the terroirs, and close partnerships with Burgundy’s finest winemakers—who supply some of their grapes—are the guiding principles at the estate.

Work in the vineyard is rigorous and precise: plot-by-plot selection, plowing the soil to encourage deep root growth, and hand-harvesting at optimal ripeness. Chanson Père et Fils wines are crafted in an ultra-modern winery that nonetheless upholds winemaking expertise in the purest Burgundian tradition.
