Song Father and Son
Chanson Père et fils is a Burgundy wine house founded in 1750 under the reign of Louis XV. Today, Chanson Père et Fils has become one of the jewels in the crown of Burgundy winegrowing in the most prestigious appellations (Corton, Charmes-Chambertin, Givry, Montagny, Pernand-Vergelesses...), notably by joining the family-owned Bollinger Champagne group in 1999.

Maison Chanson Père et Fils has put in place a dynamic team and a highly qualitative policy, and benefits from the sound advice of Jean-Pierre Confuron. Authenticity, a focus on terroirs, and close partnerships with Burgundy's finest winegrowers, who supply some of the estate's grapes, are the watchwords of the domaine.

The work in the vineyard is rigorous and precise: plot-by-plot selections, ploughing of the soil for deep rooting, and manual harvesting at optimum ripeness. The Chanson Père et Fils cuvées are produced in an ultra-modern winery, which does not neglect vinification know-how in the purest Burgundian tradition.
