Faiveley Estate
Domaine Faiveley is located in the heart of Burgundy’s wine-growing region, between Dijon and Beaune, in Nuits-Saint-Georges. The Faiveley family, owners of the estate, has gradually expanded its holdings and now owns plots in Burgundy’s finest climats: Gevrey-Chambertin, Pommard, Volnay, Puligny-Montrachet, Mercurey, and others. Domaine Faiveley cultivates more than 10 hectares of Grands Crus and nearly 25 hectares of Premiers Crus. Among these, several “climats” belong exclusively to the family; these are monopoles such as Gevrey-Chambertin 1er Cru Clos des Issarts, Beaune 1er Cru Clos de l’Ecu, and the Corton Clos des Cortons Faiveley Grand Cru. The utmost care is taken in the winemaking process, from the vineyards—cultivated with respect and precision—to the winery and cellar, where vinification and aging are carried out with the utmost respect for tradition. Domaine Faiveley is unquestionably one of Burgundy’ s today…
