Domaine René Bouvier

Domaine René Bouvier has been a family-owned estate for three generations and is currently managed by Bernard Bouvier. Founded in 1910 by his grandfather, Henri Bouvier, Domaine René Bouvier now comprises 17 hectares of vineyards spread across six villages, from Gevrey-Chambertin in the south to Dijon in the north. The 18 appellations of Domaine René Bouvier span the full range of Burgundy wines, including Côte de Nuits Villages, Gevrey-Chambertin, Fixin, Marsannay, Gevrey-Chambertin Premier Cru, and Grand Cru.

Domaine René Bouvier’s vineyards have been cultivated organically since 2013: soil cultivation, debudding, green harvesting, and manual harvesting and sorting set the rhythm of life on the estate. Since 2006, Domaine René Bouvier has been home to new, functional, and modern facilities, designed with a strong emphasis on hygiene and harmony.
