This pretty white wine shows exuberant of exotic fruits, yellow fruits and mineral notes with black currant coulis, broom and citrus. A smooth cuvee offering a good expression of the Sauvignon Blanc (majority) with vivacity and fullness. Perfect with seafood.

About the vineyard : Les 90 hectares du domaine s’étirent sur les vignobles des côtes de Bordeaux (Castelviel) et du Haut-Benauge (Montignac, siège de la propriété). Deux terroirs complémentaires dont Christophe et Fabien Vincent savent obtenir le meilleur. Pouvait-on en attendre moins d’une famille qui porte le nom du saint-patron des vignerons ? Quels que soient les vins de la gamme, le dénominateur commun est la richesse en fruit et en tannins, ceux-ci n’étant jamais rudes. Des vins puissants, flatteurs et de bonne garde. Blancs et rosés sont très expressifs, charnus, friands et rafraîchissants. On n’est jamais déçu par les vins de ce domaine.

About the vineyard : Un vaste cru de 92 ha dans l'Entre-deux-Mers, fondé en 1920 par les arrière-grands-parents. Ses atouts : un chai très moderne et les compétences complémentaires de Christophe Vincent (aux vignes) et de Fabien (au chai). Saint Vincent les inspire, dit-on, mais ce sont plutôt leur formation technique poussée et leur exigence qui font de ce domaine une référence en bordeaux et bordeaux supérieur.

About the vineyard : Les méthodes dites "naturelles" ont ici la cote, visant la recherche de l'équilibre de la vigne à travers une approche écologique issue... du bon sens paysan. Le développement durable passe notamment par la dépollution des effluents, ou encore par la gestion de l'eau de pluie. "Le travail du sol et l'enherbement, alterné ou total, sont associés aux différentes méthodes de taille, pour trouver le rendement optimal de fruits mûrs qu'un terroir particulier peut offrir. Pas plus?", explique Christophe Vincent, le chef de culture. Le tout sur plus de 80 hectares, plantés majoritairement en merlot, cabernet-sauvignon et en blanc, en sauvignon. A signaler en 2012, leur Certification Agriculture Respectueuse de l'Environnement, ainsi qu'une nouvelle gamme de crus parcellaires.
