Mas Cal Demoura
is owned by Isabelle and Vincent Goumard, who manage vineyard plots tucked away in the heart of the Coteaux du Languedoc. Over the years, Mas Cal Demoura has become a true ambassador for its appellation. It is located on the first foothills of Larzac, the northernmost terroir of the Languedoc.

, associated with the selection of grape varieties, produces elegant, complex wines ... Here the cultivation of the vine follows a set of principles designed to respect the environment and obtain grapes of perfect quality. The Mas Cal Demoura
team uses only the best grapes in order to magnify the expression of the terroir (freshness, complexity and structure).
Each plot is individually harvested according to the maturity of the grapes. The grapes are initially sorted in the vineyards when the harvesting is carried out by hand. A second sorting is then performed on a sorting table upon arrival at the winery and after destemming. Each variety contributes to the balance and complexity of the Mas Cal Demoura
red and rosé blends made from Syrah, Grenache, Mourvèdre, Carignan and Cinsault. For the white, Chenin, Grenache Blanc and Roussanne are fermented in barrel, while the Viognier and Muscat are vinified in vats.
