« Large, generous and deep, this great wine benefits from a superb aging in 400-liters barrels and Stockinger barrels. » (Le Guide Bettane & Desseauve des Vins de France 2017) Complex, fine, with a good balance between botrytis and minerality !

Guide Bettane & Desseauve des Vins de France

Guide Bettane & Desseauve des Vins de France

Wine rated (guide 2017) : 16,5/20 (Vin de référence)
Vineyard rated (guide 2019) : 3***Stars (A production of high-quality, that could be used as a reference in its area)

Vineyard rated (guide 2019) : Wines regularly rewarded (The wines of this producer are regularly rewarded by the guide)

Incontournable.

The dry white wines of Savennières are grown in three villages (Savennières, Bouchemaine, and La Poissonnières) south of Angers, on the right bank of the Loire River.
