About this wine : une belle aromatique avec un fruit bien juteux et une épice de qualité. La bouche se livre sur une texture vraiment élégante et légère . le vin se montre juteux et aimable

About the vineyard : La famille Coursodon est vigneronne depuis la fin du XIXe siècle. Le domaine possède des vignes dans les secteurs réputés de Mauves, Tournon, Saint-Jean-de-Muzol et Glun. Les blancs affichent une belle personnalité, sans excès de bois. En rouge, la cuvée L'Olivaie provient du cœur de la Sainte-Épine, dans le village de Saint-Jean-de-Muzols. La gestion de l’élevage sur les rouges se montre de plus en plus judicieuse.
